On June 8th, 2017, Dr. Murphy and the Suburban Chiropractic Team joined the ANJC on June 8th at the Lyons Veteran's Hospital in Basking Ridge for the Community Hope Day Run & Fun Walk in support of Homeless U. S. Veterans to help them build a better life!

The Fishawack Festival is an annual event, once held bi-annually, that celebrates the vitality of our community. There are fun childrens's activities, crafts and many events and vendors line the streets of Chatham as families stroll by and enjoy the start of Summer.

On Thursday, March 23, 2017, Dr. Murphy again was guest lecturer at County College of Morris for professor Debbie Sullivan's Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology & Educational Psychology classes in Randolph, NJ. On Saturday, March 4, 2017 Dr. Murphy & the staff participated in the ECLC Wellness Fair at the ECLC Campus on Lum Avenue from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Janis gave free chair massages.
This month, The Suburban Chiropractic Center will again host a canned food drive to support The Community Food Bank of NJ. Once a dream of former Executive Director Kathleen DiChiara, the Food Bank of NJ has grown to be the largest depository and distributor of bulk food to organizations feeding the poor and needy throughout NJ. In this special time post-recession, many of our food supplies are dwindling and there are more hungry people than ever.
